Dr. Birely, a Baltimore native, has been performing plastic surgery in Baltimore and Harford County for more than 15 years. He graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and attended the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Birely completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland Hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

In addition to his Harford County address, Dr. Birely has an office in the Towson area. The two strategically planned locations offer convenience to patients from all areas. He operates at Upper Chesapeake and GBMC hospitals, as well as York Green and Towson Surgical Centers, offering comfort and privacy for all patient needs.

Dr. Birely brings passion and integrity to every aspect of his profession.
