As part of a rigorous, year-long certification audit, B&B’s technical procedures, equipment, personnel and every other aspect of its operations (from the appearance and atmosphere of the facility to its standards of customer care) came under close review. With the sponsorship of Mercedes- Benz of Annapolis, B&B has the distinction of being the only manufacturer-certified facility in the area. Through its completion of a similarly rigorous audit, the shop has attained certification with Jaguar of North America, another prestigious performance vehicle manufacturer covering Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington D.C.

The Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar certifications provide official recognition for B&B Auto Body’s longstanding commitment to excellence. However, since certification is a continuous process, B&B ensures that all of its technicians receive ongoing training to meet the challenge of staying current with constantlyevolving technologies. Each B&B technician must maintain the pertinent ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification and I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) designation. (B&B Auto Body is I-CAR Gold Class Certified.) As a result, all repairs are performed to manufacturer specifications using only genuine manufacturer parts. In addition, B&B utilizes Green Technology with BASF’s Glasurit 90 Line of waterborne auto paints, which provide an impeccable auto finish and are safer for the environment, the Chesapeake Bay and B&B’s employees.
