Gail and Melanie make it a priority to connect with their clients on both professional and personal levels. “We built our business understanding our clients and appreciating their lifestyles, individual needs, desires and concerns,” says Gail. With guidance from the Feirstein & Graw team, many clients have sold and purchased multiple properties throughout the years.

Feirstein & Graw also has an excellent track record when it comes to relocations. From clients seeking to establish residences near Annapolis and other parts of Anne Arundel County to those leaving the area, Gail and Melanie offer counsel through the entire process, fluidly orchestrating the complexities of the impending move and each step of the real estate transaction.

That ability comes from years as Realtors, coupled with living in and understanding Anne Arundel County. “We’ve watched our Greater Annapolis area grow and evolve from the sleepy little town it once was to the thriving community it is today,” says Gail. Melanie adds, “Anne Arundel County is a dynamic and wonderful place to work and live.”

Former owner/broker of Realty Options in Severna Park, Gail has been a licensed, full-time Realtor since 1979. Melanie holds a master’s degree in Administration, has resided in the county since 1978 and been a full-time Realtor for 15 years.

The partners aligned with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of its global presence and strong position in the marketplace. After working cohesively together, Gail and Melanie decided to form their partnership 14 years ago. The partners’ personalities are quite dissimilar, so they approach problems and events from different perspectives. However, because their core beliefs are remarkably similar, their final analysis and solutions are always compatible, resulting in an extraordinary team.

Both graduates of the Flagship Program for Leadership Anne Arundel, their teamwork extends beyond real estate, into community service. Gail is on the Board of Food Link, Inc., a non-profit organization assisting families in crisis. Feirstein & Graw participates as a sponsor to help support Food Link’s annual Blue Jean Bash fundraiser. Melanie is Chairwoman of The Y of Central Maryland, is a former Board Member of Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation, and, as a committee member, has worked for several years on the Anne Arundel Medical Center’s Annual Gala.

“We invest significant resources in philanthropic pursuits,” says Melanie. “We learned that if you want a wonderful environment in which to live, you need to give more than you take.”
