Accustomed to the twists and turns of the home-buying or selling experience, Gail Feirstein and Melanie Graw make it a priority to connect with their clients on both a business and personal level. Feirstein & Graw has an excellent track record for relocating clients. That ability comes from years of real estate expertise coupled with living in, and understanding everything about, the Annapolis area. Gail, former owner/broker of Realty Options in Severna Park, has been a licensed, full-time Realtor since 1979. Melanie holds a Masters Degree in Administration, has resided in the county since 1978 and has been a full-time Realtor for 14 years.

“We’ve watched this area grow, and evolve from the sleepy little town it once was,” says Gail, “to the thriving community it is today.”

“We believe strongly that the Greater Annapolis area is a wonderful place to work and live,” says Melanie.

The partners aligned with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of its strength and position in the marketplace and its global presence. After working cohesively together, Gail and Melanie decided to form their partnership 13 years ago. “While our personalities and thought processing are very different, our core beliefs are remarkably similar. We approach problems and events from different perspectives; however, our final analysis has always been consistent. We feel this is the basis of our remarkable team,” says Gail.

Both graduates of the Flagship Program for Leadership Anne Arundel, their teamwork extends beyond the reach of real estate and into the realms of community service. Not only is Gail on the Board of Food Link Inc., a non-profit organization that assists families in crisis, Melanie is the Chairwoman of The Y of Central Maryland, and was previously a Foundation Board Member of Hospice of the Chesapeake.

“We invest significant resources on philanthropic pursuits that grew after the leadership course,” says Melanie. “We learned that if you want a wonderful environment in which to live, you need to give more than you take.”
